 | FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS AG announced that it has taken over the entire business of Friendship Systems GmbH. The team and the software stay the same. "FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS stays committed to outstanding software and excellent services. We will carry on developing and licensing CAESES for our customers, users, and cooperation partners as before,? said Claus Abt, member of the executive board. "Having made our name in the maritime industry where we have established CAESES as the industry standard for ship optimization, the new legal set-up reflects our strategy to expand into new industries such as automotive, turbomachinery, and energy. These are the markets that started to embrace simulation-driven design and in which we have seen our fastest growth,? said Dr Stefan Harries, also member of the executive board.
