The contents of the "VDA Data Sheet" have been agreed in a joint project between the corresponding VDA Working Group and CAMPUS and are defined in the VDA Directive 232-201 "Characteristic values for the material selection of thermoplastics". As part of the ongoing internationalization, contacts were also established with the French automobile manufacturers and their additional data requests were taken into account. In the meantime, on the basis of the existing VDA data sheet, there is another document, the "International OEM Datasheet", in which these additional properties are listed. In addition to this catalog, there are also a number of data requests by the automotive manufacturers, which currently cannot be included in CAMPUS due to the lack of normative foundations. These are to be processed in the near future in joint projects between automobile manufacturers and CAMPUS. The long-term goal is the introduction of a single, internationally accepted data sheet for the automotive industry.
